“The major expansion of facilities at our North Yorkshire Water Park has been one of the largest and most complex projects undertaken by Dawnay Estates for many years (at least 20!). This public facing rural leisure enterprise was crucial to get right to all areas, but most particularly for the new 70 seater café overlooking the lake and watersports activities. We needed a real 'expert in their field' to help us make all areas of the café work - from the customer flow, interior design, to the fit out of the commercial kitchen and recruitment of a dynamic café manager.
